Editorial
Team
The VaporSolo Editorial Team reviews, writes, and updates the product information, technical content, and educational resources published across VaporSolo.
When you're researching a device, a replacement pod, or a battery, you shouldn't have to dig through several pages to find out what it is and whether it fits. We try to put the facts you actually need — specs, compatibility, features, context — in one place, in a consistent format.
Product information you can actually rely on.
It comes down to accurate, useful product information.
Most of what we do is organize and check the information people look for when they're researching vaping devices, replacement parts, accessories, and related products. The point is that they don't have to piece it together from a dozen different pages.
We work from product specifications, manufacturer documentation, compatibility details, product updates, and available market information. Wherever possible, we present those details the same way across the site, so one page reads like the next.
When manufacturers change a spec, update a version, or ship a new generation, we go back and review the affected pages.
What we focus on.
Everything we write falls into a few areas. These are the ones we pay the most attention to.
Devices & Hardware
How devices are built, what formats exist, how components relate, and what actually sets one product apart.
Product Specifications
The numbers people look for, like capacity, dimensions, and compatibility, plus the features the manufacturer lists.
Compatibility
Which pods fit which devices, which coils work with which tanks, and where compatibility between models gets confusing.
Features & Usability
What a product actually does, how you control it, and what it's like to use day to day.
Product Updates
New releases, spec changes, updated versions, and other developments we think you should know about.
Content Clarity
Keeping the site consistent in the way we name things, structure pages, and write, so it reads like one site instead of a pile of pages.
Accuracy before noise.
Four standards guide how we work. They're not complicated, but we stick to them.
Accuracy
We check product details against the source information we can find before anything goes live.
Consistency
We use the same formats and the same words for the same things, on every page.
Clarity
We structure pages so the important details are easy to find, not buried in a wall of text.
Maintenance
When manufacturers update specs, packaging, or product lines, we go back and review the affected content.
How product information is reviewed.
Click through the steps below to see how a product page comes together, and what happens after it's published.
Collect product information
We start by gathering what's available: manufacturer specifications, product documentation, model details, packaging information, and any compatibility data we can find.
Before we write anything, we want to know exactly what sources we're working from.
Who's behind the content.
Unless another author or source is identified, the product and editorial content you see on VaporSolo is generally reviewed and maintained by the VaporSolo Editorial Team.
Signing our work this way keeps it clear who's responsible for what, and how the information got there.
When a page is based mainly on manufacturer-provided specifications, the page reflects those details as part of the editorial process.
Found something that needs clarification?
